Our standard offering is at a guaranteed set project fee over a set time period. This is agreed at an initial meeting, based on the scale of the business and the challenge ahead. We believe in getting it all out on the table, the good, the bad and the ugly, as only then can we scheme effectively, together. Sounding Board
Heading up or starting up a hospitality business can be isolating. So many moving parts, decision making and being on call 24 hours a day. It’s important to be able to talk openly and in confidence with someone outside your business, but who knows your business. Too often we can’t see the wood for the trees! An outside take is crucial and can be invaluable.
New Concepts
Fresh projects should make sense from the front door to the back, and concept to customers, to margins to income. There’s no end of food ideas, but not all are on the right track from the start. We know and understand the importance of trends, location, messaging and more. Great concepts have stalled without outside creative input.

But it’s not always necessary to completely start over and it’s never the best use of your time to spend hours listening to fancy proposals.
